I like to sew.




I like to bake as much as I can...



...and more often just attempt to bake.




I like to make pretty things to match our apartment.




I like to visit my nieces and nephews when I can.




But most of all, I like to be with John-David.





In fact I love to be with John-David. He makes me smile and laugh, he bakes me fresh bread, and he loves me despite all my flaws.

Confession: I am addicted to Freezer Pops

Recently while grocery shopping, I stumbled across some freezer pops. What a delight, it isn't even summer yet! After much persistence, I convinced John we absoluted had to get them.


Since then I have eaten them just like I did when I was younger, yielding virtually no self control in my consumption.

Wedding Preview

Finally, my wedding! This is a teaser of sorts-- there will be more posts over the next few weeks highlighting my favorite moments of my wedding day. I am really excited to post these pictures, hopefully you will enjoy them as much as I enjoy remembering that happy day.

Spring is... almost here!

Despite the dreary weather lately, I am so pumped for spring! I know this rain is just going to transform a once barren wasteland of snow to a flower-filled wonderland.
